AFTER SHOW

  • After the curtains make a final close, please designate ONE parent to return to the backstage door to check-out your child.
  • Take time to celebrate your child’s performance. There will be a designated area to take family photos with your young performer.
  • After the conclusion of the Pre-School show, volunteers and staff will be resetting the auditorium space to prepare for the second show of the day.

When performing on stage, it’s helpful to wear makeup to prevent the performer’s skin from reflecting back the set lighting. Makeup can also help emphasize facial features and expressions, and improve visibility to audiences further away.

Please follow these simple steps to help your child create a perfect, stage-ready face:

Blush (Required)

  • Pink or Rose
  • Apply blush to the apples of the cheeks

Lipstick (Required)

  • Maroon colored
  • Apply to the upper and lower lips

Foundation (optional)

  • Light shade similar to skin color

 Eye Shadow (optional)

  • Complementary light colors

Eyeliner (Optional)

  • Apply a thin straight line to the upper lid

Mascara (Optional)

  • Gently sweep two coats on upper lashes
