Dance Instructor

Neighborhood Dance is seeking super-star dance instructors!

We pride ourselves on offering classes that are taught by highly-qualified teachers in positive classrooms, and we are looking for caring, fun and motivated teachers that are passionate about developing children and fostering their love for dance and the performing arts. Our classes go beyond teaching technique and poise and help students develop important life skills and learn to be respectful, confident, and conscientious young people in the community.

We are looking for instructors who are qualified to teach beginning through advanced levels of Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, and/or Tap. Versatility in teaching a variety of genres is a plus, but not required. Instructors should lead by example in areas such as punctuality, responsibility, motivation and professionalism.

  • Teaching experience and excellent classroom management skills
  • Ability to commit for a full year

Musical Theater Instructor - Voice Specialist

Neighborhood Dance is seeking a Musical Theater Instructor & Voice Specialist for our musical theater program. This role will partner with the Choreographer/Director to provide voice and acting instruction to youth ages 5 - 18 and assist in our musical productions. Opportunities for private lessons are also available.

Our classes go beyond teaching technique and poise and help students develop important life skills and learn to be respectful, confident, and conscientious young people in the community.

We are looking for instructors who are qualified to teach voice / singing technique to a variety of skills/ages anda variety of skills/ages. An ability to play the piano is a big plus. Instructors should lead by example in areas such as punctuality, responsibility, motivation and professionalism.
